We offer new generation Polyester Felt Battery Pasting Belts for Grid Pasting Machines used in Automotive & Industrial Battery manufacturing units. These Belts have higher abrasion resistance as against conventional Cotton Pasting Belts. The hardness of this belt enhances resistance to wear with additional advantage of smaller consumption of paste which imperatively reduces the cost of production. This effectively increases life of belt & apparently decreases downtime in replacing conventional belts frequently. Hence it fits to your requirements & makes it perfectly suitable for battery pasting equipment in your kind of application.

Generally the cotton type's hardness is better than synthethic one,is you have special requirements about the hardness,please kindly tell our professional team in advance,so that we could give you the most suitable solution.
Daily maintenance and instructions
1. It should be used within four months after received
2. It should be stored in a low-temperature dry environment,to avoid direct sunlight
3. It should be check if there have any sundries on the both side of the belt,in order to avoid scratching the belts
4. It should be as wet as possible when use the belt
5. It should be washed with a clean surface after half-working day
Note:on the basis of the working life,good maintenance can increase the working life.
